Start the bed without leaving the desk.
Smart Cabin sits at the bed and does the talking. Reception sends the minutes, the session starts on time, and the bed tells you when it needs cleaning or a lamp.
Every bed, one screen
Free, in use, cleaning, fault, offline — as a 3px rule along the top of each bed card. You can read the room from the desk without walking it.
Tap a cabin. Its status changes on every screen at once.
Cleaned, then free. Not before.
When a session ends the bed goes to cleaning, not to free. A member of staff clears it and the next customer is called. Nobody walks into a room that has not been done.
A fault raises itself
A lamp out or a bed that will not start becomes an alert at the desk and a note in the owner view. The bed stops being offered until it is fixed, so nobody sells a session on it.
Lamp hours you don't have to remember
Every session counts towards the lamp hours on that bed. You get told when a change is coming up, not when a customer complains the tan has gone flat.
Pick your controller. Get a straight answer.
Not listed? Send a photo of the controller on the walkthrough.Checked at your survey
An engineer checks the controller and the bed model on site and tells you what fitting it needs before you commit to anything.
Reception sends the session
Minutes come off the account at the desk or the kiosk, then go straight to the bed.
The app shows the room
The customer sees which bed and how long they have left, so nobody has to ask.
Reporting counts the use
Sessions per bed, quiet beds, and which rooms earn their floor space.
